Empathy Isn’t Weak: It’s The Strongest of Traits

No empathy says a lot about what you really value.

In recent months, empathy has been cited as a weakness rather than a strength. While the context of that idea may differ a little from one person to the next, the intent remains the same: caring about other people and their circumstances is a waste of time and totally unnecessary to society.

Nothing could be further from the truth. The importance of empathy is found in most world religions, as well as many other philosophies. Before accepting and promoting the idea that empathy is a weakness, take some time to learn more about what this key human emotion means to all of us.
